In 2024–2025, the Cape Breton Partnership marked a major milestone — celebrating 20 years of service to Unama’ki – Cape Breton — while continuing to advance its mission of sustainable economic growth through collaboration, innovation, and community partnership.
Guided by core values of sustainability, reconciliation, inclusivity, optimism, and innovation, the Cape Breton Partnership worked closely with municipalities, Mi’kmaw communities, and private-sector partners to deliver a broad suite of initiatives and supports. During the year, the organization advanced key priorities including growing strategic economic sectors, increasing productivity, promoting investment and entrepreneurship, and supporting population and community growth across Unama’ki – Cape Breton.
This Year in Review documents not only a year of robust activity and organizational growth, but also a deepening of relationships island-wide — a renewed commitment to building a welcoming, inclusive, and economically resilient Unama’ki – Cape Breton for current and future generations.
