Share Your New Business Idea/Plan with Sydney Credit Union and The Cape Breton Partnership!

This is your first step in applying to the micro-lending program with the Sydney Credit Union and the Cape Breton Partnership! This program is designed to help women access funding for their business endeavors. This is a pilot project between the Sydney Credit Union and the Cape Breton Partnership. Under this program you will be required to submit a monthly update to the Cape Breton Partnership about your business. As part of this pilot project, you will have access to mentors, programs, and connections to help your business succeed! 

This form will help guide you step-by-step through your initial business concept and its potential. It’s OK if you don’t have all the information to answer every question, but please share your thoughts and ideas with us as completely as possible your information will be kept confidential.

Note: Though this program is available to any female entrepreneur in Cape Breton – Unama’ki to apply, a portion of the program’s funding will be made exclusively available to Indigenous female entrepreneurs. Though it is optional to do so, Indigenous female entrepreneurs are encouraged to self-identify in the application process.
